Whenever my parents and I go out to eat, I always make sure that we eat at a restaurant that serves fish fry. I do not know why I like fish fry so much, but I love its taste. You can never go wrong with a fish fry because you can pair it with many other foods. Aside from the fact that it is delicious, it is also high in protein. Fish fry is best for people who are currently on a diet.
I have to say that I do love eating fried fish in one of my favorite fast food restaurants here in our place, but of course my mom's fry fish will always be the best for me. And believe it or not, my day will not really be complete without eating fried fish. No kidding with that because I literally crave for this food almost every day. Moreover, I do love the fact that aside from this being delicious, it is also something that contains high in protein, which is really good for our health. Fish will always be a good food. My mom always prepares different recipe to fishes. We love it because my father is a nutritionist and he monitors our health. He always checks our body mass index to see whether we need to work out or to eat more. There are times that I hate fish, but I actually appreciate it now.
