We continue to be proud of the great work that our students, teachers, and staff are involved in every single school day while inside and outside of the classrooms at Lincoln Elementary School. Our teachers and staff members continue to provide the best learning opportunities possible for each of our students inside their dynamic classrooms. These same amazing individuals also put in countless hours after school and on weekends providing our students with extra-curricular and sports opportunities. We thank our teachers and staff members for their dedication in providing our students with the best elementary school experiences possible.
The LES students are each working hard to learn and grow. Students have just completed their first round of MAP tests, and are working toward meeting their first quarter AR goals, completing assignments and studying hard for their weekly assessments as the first quarter ends on Friday, October 12th. Many of our students are also involved with the multitude of “extra” opportunities offered after school hours. The following groups are already up and going at LES: Chess Club, Cross Country, Chorus, Girls on the Run, STLP, 21st Century Program, Gardening Club, The Kind Hearts Club, and Student Council. More teams and clubs will be beginning in the very near future, too. We are proud of our little devils!
We would like to thank our LES families, community members, and staff members who supported our annual mumkin sale. It was another very successful year of sales. Proceeds raised will go directly into the student activity fund, which provides our students with continued educational resources, learning opportunities, and programs throughout this school year. Mumkin pickup is set for Saturday, October 6th.
