The Dayton Main Street Board has just kicked off the “I 8 in Dayton” campaign, promoting eight great Dayton restaurants on KY 8 in Dayton. Eat at all 8, and you can get an “I 8 in Dayton” T-shirt. For more information, check out the “I 8 in Dayton” Facebook page.
Congratulations to our Chris Adkins for being promoted to the position of Fire Chief for the Fire Department of Bellevue and Dayton!
The decorative streetlight project for the blocks of Sixth and Walnut, Sixth and Vine, and Sixth and Ervin Terrace is underway and should be wrapping up around the 15th of July. In other news about Sixth Avenue, the plans for the Sixth Avenue Streetscape and Dayton Pike Sidewalk project have been submitted to the Transportation Cabinet.
