AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 2016-#7 CONCERNING THE REGISTRATION OF VACANT REAL PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.
This ordinance amends Ordinance 2016-#7 concerning the registration of vacant property to allow for a deferment of one-hundred and eighty days for registering vacant property if the property is listed for sale by the property owner and an additional ninety day deferment of the initial registration fee if the property is listed for sale by the property or purchased for rehab and occupancy or resale. The ordinance is further amended to apply to all property within the City of Dayton, Kentucky.
